This site was also born out of frustration from the countless auto generated emails "Unfortunately, I have received applications from candidates whose experience more closely match my client's specific requirements", when you know you are a credible candidate, who can fulfil and in some cases exceed the requirements for the position applied for.

This site is designed to bring the employer a 1st class candidate who is frequently overlooked by the agency because they have been temping too long making their employment history "unstable" or the latest "too busy". When it actually means adaptable, hard working and highly experienced !
